"Carentan"

Episode three, Kind of a different episode. In this episode you follow Albert Blithe thought his short time in combat. I thought that this episode was interesting because you went thought the eyes of a regular solider instead of a famous man. It really showed how a man changes through combat. Because he kept making excuses for not wanting to fight. Like on the night of the jump he fell asleep in a ditch and then he had flash blindness another time. This episode was didn’t just focuses on him it also went though small senses of the other characters to tell the story and the balance made it a really enjoyable episode. The sad part of the episode is the end where he was going to scout ahead and got shot. And he never recovered from his wounds and died in 1948. But wait he died in 1967. The writer of the book made a mistake and got the wrong information. He actually survived his wounds and continued the serves until he died suddenly in 1967. Over all a good episode.
